Here is a list of questions we have received so far. Please keep checking back if you have more questions, as the list will likely grow over time! If you have a question that isn't answered here, first ask yourself "have invitations been sent out yet?" If the answer is no, please wait, as your question will likely be answered then. When can I RSVP?
We are planning to send out invitations with all the details in June, 2026. Instructions on how to RSVP will be included then.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal. Think dress pants and shirts, blouses, long dresses, suit jackets and ties. Bright colours and medieval fashion and accessories are encouraged, but not required. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) so please take that into consideration when planning your outfit.

If you want to lean into the medieval theme, we'd love that! Think cloaks, brightly coloured tunics and stockings, dresses with long sleeves, draped fabric and fancy belts. Please arrive dressed as medieval nobility, and not medieval peasants.
No dirty tunics allowed!

Will there be dancing?
At this time we're still trying to find a local DJ, but rest assured there will be music and dancing aplenty!

Will there be food?
There will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres. At the reception, dinner and dessert will be served. If you have food restrictions, rest assured we are taking that into consideration! Once invitations are sent out, there will be a place to RSVP with your dietary requirements. Sarah will be doing her best to make sure everyone has something they can eat.
